Anyhow, just wanted you to know that it makes me happy to read your blog. I enjoyed your random thoughts today, too. I just think it's so cool that you planned this trip and actually did it.

Wow! You've covered a lot of states since I last looked at your blog. Hard to believe you're now on the homeward part of your journey.
Love those bike things that your kids are riding -- were they rentals at the campground? Surely you didn't bring them along with you...
My boys were remember your kids this weekend and giggling about the names your son gave to Ben's cats. It's funny the things that they remember.

We rented those--many of the parks we've stayed at have had these bikes for rent and we finally relented. :)
The people at this park were by far the nicest we've encountered so far.
